Why I make the show
The show began with a simple idea: make the conversations I wanted when I was finding my way into games. It has grown into a wider attempt to understand how this industry works, what it values and what it is becoming.
My work has taken me from EA to Old School RuneScape at Jagex, and now to the intersection of games and AI. That experience comes into the room, but I am there to listen, question and learn.
The Party Is Full gives people who make and shape games the time to think aloud. I want to understand the decisions they made, what changed their minds and what they think is coming next.
Work with the show
Great conversations come from clear experience, strong opinions and a willingness to go beyond the rehearsed answer.
